When you register for an Account or buy a subscription, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as your name, company name, address, email address, telephone number, and GSTIN details.

• Communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, including for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to the website, and for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Process your secure subscription payment transactions powered by PhonePe.
• Find and prevent fraudulent activities.

3. Log Files & Tracking

Trevion CRM follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

4. Payment Gateway Security

All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway partner, PhonePe. We do not store or collect your credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords. Such billing data is collected directly by PhonePe and is protected under their state-of-the-art PCI-DSS compliance regulations.
