Welcome to Trevion CRM (operated by Brown Devs). By accessing our website or cloud-hosted CRM workspaces, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before subscribing to our products.

1. Services Provided

Trevion CRM provides an intelligent web-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform, designed for real estate, travel agency pipeline automation, and overseas student consultancies. Features include lead capturing, activities scheduling, WhatsApp integrations, and analytics tracking.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or upgrade any feature of the CRM ecosystem at any time to maintain service levels.

2. Subscription Terms & Billing

By placing an order via our Checkout portal, you agree to purchase a subscription for a specified number of workspace user accounts (minimum of 5 users) on a selected billing cycle (Quarterly, Half-Yearly, or Annually).

All prices listed on our pricing portal are exclusive of 18% GST (which is calculated and displayed on checkout in CGST and SGST categories). All subscription payment authorizations are handled securely via our gateway partner, PhonePe.

3. Account Security & User Responsibilities

As a workspace administrator, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login passwords and for all actions taken by team member accounts inside your CRM workspace. Account sharing outside of your organizational dome is strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibited Uses of CRM

You agree not to use the Trevion CRM platform for:

  • Sending unsolicited commercial spam messages or promotional campaigns violating localized telecom laws.
  • Data-scraping, decompiling, or executing automated scripts targeting our infrastructure.
  • Uploading malicious attachments, viruses, or hosting defamatory materials inside lead profiles.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Trevion CRM, operated by Brown Devs, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, records, or pipeline opportunities) arising out of the use or inability to use our CRM tools.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of your subscription will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
